The service

Flavora helps you find and review food. It’s provided “as is” during beta; features may change.

Eligibility

You must be 13 or older (16 where local law requires).

Your content

Reviews, pins, and photos stay yours. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display them in the app and in previews of it. You promise photos are yours and reviews reflect your honest experience.

Community rules

The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Moderation decisions can be appealed from the content’s ⋯ menu.

Credibility

Credibility points have no cash value and can’t be bought, sold, or transferred.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent local law allows, we’re not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights your local law gives you that can’t be waived.

Governing law

United States: State of Michigan (or your state where required), with binding arbitration unless you opt out by emailing legal@authenticeats.app within 30 days of account creation; class-action waiver applies where enforceable. Canada: the province where you reside, in your provincial courts. EU/UK: your member state or UK nation of residence — nothing here limits your rights under local consumer law.
